Your role

You will be responsible for providing a range of accounting services to our clients, including accounts preparation, audits and tax compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing statutory accounts for companies, sole-traders and partnerships, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Being part of the audit and assurance team
  • Assisting with tax compliance with the preparation of VAT returns.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both clients and the team.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in accounting and tax regulations and applying them to your work.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • ACCA part/fully qualified or equivalent with practice experience
  • Competent in using accounting software and other relevant accounting packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good organisation skills and time management and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently.
